Hi,

I have proper sound on my note n7000. Used 1.4.0 and now the RC for 1.5.0. No sound problems, at least with Dreamweb and Simon.

O.k. found a solution:

The SDL commit archives are still online:

So i took the date from the r4600 and did an:

hg update --date

I managed to build mingw32ce, tremolo, mad, libmpeg2 and zlib but unfortunately I have some problems building SDL.

I tried a build from the github svn checkout but unfortunately the compiler changed since my last build (now mingw32ce).

I tried cerials how-to from 2009 but had some problems building mingw ...

The problem comes with music tracks, no with sound.

Sorry for beeing unprecise. I'm talking about the music tracks of the CD's, too.

Hmm, I tried both, MP3 and OGG with the current 1.1.0 and had no problem. Sound is playing well. I used an iPAQ hx2750 (2003se, qvga).

Which Version of ScummVM do you use?

The current release is split into 2, each with different engines.

If you play your Version within DosBox, is it in English or French? I assume you Version is not a french, rather than an englisch one.
